Where are meals prepared?+

At PREP Kitchens in Atlanta, a commercial kitchen we operate out of. Every meal is chef-prepared and portioned for lunch there before it's delivered to you.

Are you licensed and certified?+

Yes. We are licensed by the Georgia Department of Agriculture (GDA), ServSafe certified and insured through The Hartford.

How do I see nutrition facts?+

GoPrep (lunchbreak.goprep.com) lists the full nutrition facts for every meal. It's also where you place your order, one week in advance.

How are allergies handled?+

Customers disclose allergies and dietary restrictions on the enrollment form, and every GoPrep checkout requires an allergen check. Meals for customers with allergies get dedicated scheduled time and a completely separate prep and cooking schedule to prevent cross-contamination. The same separate scheduling is used for vegan foods, fish and poultry.

What are the meals delivered in and how do I reheat them?+

Meals arrive cold in aluminum pans, not plastic. Warm your lunches in the oven at home.

When are cold meals delivered?+

Cold meals are delivered to your HOME on Sundays, scheduled through GoPrep and timed to allow adequate days before the meals' expiration dates. Meals are never delivered to schools; schools only share information with their families.
